High Performance Leadership is an action-orientated twelve-month development programme for leaders and managers engaged in organisational innovation, improvement or change, who want to make a greater contribution to the business by drawing on leading-edge thinking and practice. Participants will be supported in leading and responding to change in their work context, through a unique combination of interlocking Masterclasses, Action-Learning Workshops and one-to-one Coaching. Business strategy support to enable performance improvement through creating a vision and strategy that builds on the core competences of the organisation, inspires employees, and delivers products and services that delight customers.

 

Leadership development through coaching and action-learning. Leadership cannot be taught: it is learnt through doing. Action-learning is a practical approach to leadership development that enables participants to develop their skills by tackling their own real business issues.
 

Scenario planning enables organisations to be more vigilant and agile in dealing with emerging opportunities and threats. High performance is achieved through high aspirations and adapting quickly to change. Scenarios help people at all levels deal with uncertainty, to prepare and manage for future change.

We identify the practical implications of existing academic and business research and add our own primary research to develop relevant solutions.

 

High Performance Working. High performing organisations have energising processes and procedures that are aligned to their vision. We offer a variety of training courses for both HR professionals and line managers to adopt high performance working practices and improve people management.

 
Action-Learning Workshops to enable leaders and managers to find out more about High Performance Working and to facilitate their learning about which practices are particularly useful in their sector and how these might be implemented. Action learning is an approach which enables leaders learn through practice by tackling their real business issues.
 
Consultations and research into adoption of best management practices; the effectiveness of practices; the barriers and first steps to adoption. We work with organisations to develop best practice case studies. We identify the practical implications of existing academic research, and add our own primary research to provide practical and relevant advice.
 
Leadership coaching and mentoring on how leaders can implement High Performance Working in their organisation. The ability and opportunity for people to perform higher, depends on the culture and ethos of their organisation. Change for the better starts at the top. Coaching and mentoring can help leaders achieve the cultural changes through what they say and do.
