This twelve-month programme comprises a unique combination of interlocking Action-Learning workshops, Masterclasses, one-to-one Coaching and an extensive Leader Network.

The 2009 programme will commence in February 2009 with Action-Learning in small groups. The Action-Learning Workshops will be held at the following locations:

A rolling programme of other workshop locations will be announced, subject to demand. All workshops are subject to a minimum of 12 participants.
The three Masterclasses will be held in London.
One-to-one Coaching
Three coaching sessions will provide additional support and encouragement, helping participants to consolidate their learning, to address any particularly tricky problems, and to signpost further support or resources as appropriate. Coaching will be off-line, confidential and individually focused. The one-to-one coaching will also be arranged at the above regional locations.
The Leadership Network
Participants will be part of an extensive leadership network, including members of their own and other groups, which will last beyond the life of the programme. Regular events will reunite participants and update them on new thinking and practice.
Fees
For the 2009 programme, the five action-learning workshops, three masterclasses, three one-to-one coaching sessions and membership of the Leadership Network, the fee will be £4,500 per participant (plus 787.50 VAT)
