An action-orientated twelve-month development programme for leaders and managers engaged in organisational innovation, improvement or change, who want to make a greater contribution to the business by drawing on leading-edge thinking and practice. Through a unique combination of Action Learning Workshops, Masterclasses, One-to-one Coaching and an extensive Leader Network, participants will acquire actionable knowledge and skills, with direct and tangible benefits for their organisation.
