An evaluation by Avril Macleod of a programme of action learning for small and medium sized businesses in the South East of England. The programme was co-financed by the South East of England Development Agency and the European Social Fund and involved the co-operation of the six South East Business Links, Skills South East and the support of Skills for Business.
